Birth Doula Services
Birth is a hugely transformative time in a person’s life and affects you not just physically but also emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. As a doula, I desire to journey with you in all these areas, holding space for you so that you are seen, supported, and empowered in each step of the journey. As your birth doula, I will provide holistic care to help you prepare for your birth, be with you continuously during labor, and help you transition into the postpartum period. Together we will hold hope for the new life you are birthing into the world and the transformation that is taking place within you.
What's Included?
Emotional, physical, mental (educational), spiritual, and relational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Email/text/phone support during pregnancy
At least two prenatal visits to get to know you and your preferences for the labor and postpartum period, and to help you be prepared for the birth and postpartum period.
One postpartum visit to process the birth and set you up for the postpartum period
On-call support for labor 24/7 beginning two weeks prior to your estimated due date and for two weeks following.
Early labor support via phone or video.
Continuous support during active labor
Remaining with you for up to two hours after the birth to help initiate bonding and breastfeeding

Your birth is a significant event, and it's important that you feel comfortable with everyone who is supporting you. I would love to meet you (virtually or in person) to learn more about you and your desires for birth, and allow you to get to know me so we can see if it would be a good fit to work together!
I am currently working with people in the Orlando area including Orange County, Seminole County, areas of Lake County, and the northern part of Osceola County. I prefer to work within 35 miles of downtown Orlando, but will travel up to 50 miles and may occasionally make exceptions for farther distances.
I believe everyone deserves to be supported during pregnancy and birth, regardless of anything about them, their background, or their current situation - including financial situation. Cost should not be a barrier. Please reach out to me for more details about my fee structure, but know that finances will not be a reason I won't work with you.
